This is a good question, and truth be told it will take a bit of reading and research to determine which product will best suit your needs. That said, our CBD oils are our most popular and best-selling products, and these are what most folks will start out with for a variety of uses. CBD capsules offer benefits in terms of convenience dosing, while CBD gummies offer an obvious taste advantage over oral CBD tincture. And of course, CBD topicals are best applied to local areas. For more information and specific/recommended uses for all other PureKana products (Vape Pens, Bath Bombs, Pure Picks, etc), be sure to browse through the product listings as we've got detailed descriptions available for everything we sell.
The biggest difference is in dosing convenience. Our CBD Capsules are pre-dosed at 25mg each, so you know you're getting the exact same amount, every single time. CBD oils aren't difficult to dose, but if you're trying to calculate an exact mg serving size, you'll need to watch in a mirror and count the number of drops you're placing below the tongue. If you know the number of drops and how much CBD is in a single drop of the specific bottle you're using, you'll be able to calculate exactly how many mg you're consuming. If this sounds like too much work for you, like we said capsules are simply easier and more convenient to deal with.
This is another good question. In spite of giving off the impression that we're trying to avoid answering it, however, we want to point out that everyone's body will react differently to the presence of CBD. This (among many other things) is because we all have a unique endocannabinoid system and a unique number of cannabinoid receptors that are able to interact with the CBD compound itself. For example, some people will unfortunately notice very little (if any) effects when consuming CBD. However, we always remind our customers to continue consuming CBD daily for a minimum of three weeks before trying a different product. CBD works indirectly to encourage the natural (internal) production of endocannabinoids, so in many instances, it will take some time to start noticing effects. Be patient, and don't give up. CBD is a wonderful compound that has benefited millions of individuals, so always keep that in mind.
